Session types
Counselling/Psychotherapy
Counselling can be used as a once-off, a safe and therapeutic space to unpack some of life’s issues that can become confusing or harder to carry. Psychotherapy is generally longer-term, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly.
ADHD Coaching Groups
ADHD Coaching is designed to help you navigate and overcome the unique challenges posed by living with ADHD. In-depth, personalised support. Learn to manage your symptoms, enhance your focus, and improve daily functioning.
Parent Coaching
Positive Parenting Coaching and Psycho-education for parents supporting young people in therapy, or without a therapist. The greatest gift we can give our children is a parent/s who understands them and can skillfully hold space for their growth as people.
Kinesiology
In a kinesiology session, muscle monitoring (biofeedback) is used to identify and address imbalances related to stress, nutrition, or minor injuries. The session aims to correct these imbalances, promoting overall well-being, though it is not used to diagnose disorders.
Workplace Wellbeing
Employee Assistance Program
SJP Wellbeing's EAP offers rapid, flexible mental health services, including online and face-to-face counselling, critical incident response, and tailored training. Services are usage-based, ensuring organisations only pay for what they need.
Clinical Supervision
We offer clinical group supervision sessions tailored for frontline staff in stressful, client-facing roles. These sessions focus on skill enhancement, debriefing, self-care practices, and overall employee wellbeing, empowering professionals to thrive in their challenging environments.
Courses
Suite of Workplace Trainings
Online or in-person, Mental Health First Aid is an accredited training that provides the participants with the skills to have a mental health conversation with someone experiencing the onset of mental illness or the worsening of a mental health problem.
