The Thrive Project: ADHD Coaching for Women
A 6-week transformative group coaching program designed to empower women with ADHD to embrace their authentic selves, cultivate self-acceptance, and thrive in all aspects of life.
For the Women Who’ve Done the Work—but Still Feel Stuck.
Many women who suspect or have been diagnosed with ADHD as adults bring with them a profound level of self-awareness. You've likely spent years reflecting, exploring, and growing. Maybe you've already been through therapy for other challenges—healing from trauma, navigating relationships, or managing anxiety and depression.
Yet, the reality of ADHD can still feel overwhelming and disruptive, even with all that insight. It’s not just another layer of complexity; it’s a fundamental shift in understanding yourself and how you move through the world.
You might find yourself saying, “I’ve done so much work on myself—why is this still so hard?”
You might feel like your strategies that worked before no longer fit, leaving you frustrated and exhausted.
You might notice how ADHD impacts every part of your life—your emotions, relationships, career, and even your health—and wonder how to integrate this new piece of the puzzle.
The Thrive Project is for women like you—women who are ready to bridge the gap between self-awareness and actionable change. This program provides a compassionate space to explore how ADHD interacts with your life, while equipping you with practical tools and strategies to move forward with clarity, confidence, and renewed purpose.
It’s not about starting from scratch—it’s about building on the foundation you’ve already created, with a focus on thriving in ways that align with who you truly are.
