This tier is called ESSENTIAL because it’s not basic. It’s just for less people… All of our excellent add-ons and inclusions are still here for your team…

$3000 per year plus GST (total retainer) or $250 per month.
$50 per session per employee - billed monthly.
equates to approximately 20 sessions per year.

Monthly retainer provides priority access to therapeutic support (counselling and coaching) and lower per-session fees.
De-identified data on how many sessions are utilised, issues most prevalent in your workplace, outcomes, and improvements in employee mental health.
Unused portions of retainer payments can be used for inclusions and add-ons, such as bespoke in-house training, wellbeing workshops, or group supervision. (ensure returns on your investment).

Online Mindfulness groups are run weekly at various times by the SJP Wellbeing therapy team - all EAP clients receive a code to give out to staff that provides free access.

Our packages are designed with you in mind and we offer pro-rata education, wellbeing, and group supervision sessions to make sure you’re getting value even if your staff aren’t using the 1:1 services.
