Mental Health Awareness
Welcome to our Mental Health Awareness Training!
In today’s fast-paced work environments, fostering a supportive and understanding culture is not just beneficial; it's essential. This training is designed to equip managers and staff with the necessary skills to recognise signs of mental health challenges within their teams and respond with confidence and empathy. Our goal is to transform your workplace into a space where mental well-being is prioritised as a cornerstone of your organisational culture.
Through this training, participants will learn not only to identify potential mental health issues but also to implement supportive strategies that enhance overall team resilience and productivity. Join us as we embark on a journey to create a more inclusive and supportive work environment for everyone.
This program is distinct from the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) accredited training, offering a complementary approach to enhancing workplace mental health. While MHFA equips designated officers with in-depth skills, our Mental Health Awareness Training is designed to engage all staff in more digestible, bite-sized sessions. It focuses on empowering managers and team members with the awareness and tools to recognise signs of mental health issues and create a more empathetic and mentally healthy workplace culture.
Our training aims to elevate mental health awareness and literacy and cultivate a safe and supportive workplace culture.
This workshop can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your organisation, with flexible delivery options ranging from a concise 90-minute session to more comprehensive 4 or 6-hour modules.
